• Companies must be qualified​ and invited to participate. Bid packages will be delivered early to those  registered for the 2020 tournament (canceled due to Covid.) All others will receive their bid packages via email at a date (TBA) in early Fall 2026.

• Our event is not open to the public. Only employees of participating companies and their friends and families are admitted. And of course, representatives from our generous sponsors will be on the concourse.​

​​

• We are a family-friendly event! In addition to Westgate's impressive game arcade, we designate two lanes for Kids Bowling, have internationally-recognized body/face painting artists, balloon twisters, and other on-site entertainment and games.

​​

• 5-member employee teams will bowl 3 back-to-back games, with no handicapping. This typically takes about 3 hours - with staggered finishing times. We a have proprietary system that allows us to immediately calculate winners in these categories:

CORPORATE TEAM HIGH SERIES

The highest scoring team after three games will take home The Austin Cup.

Teams ranking 2-10 will also take home a corporate trophy.

• Fundraising and Culture Cup Awards are high honors (IYKYK)! In addition to bowling awards, a panel of Judges will walk the concourse, choose their favorites, then convene in the back room to choose our winners:

• The Austin Bowling Ball & Awards Ceremony. Come as you are! Following the final frame, when the rock & roll music fades, after our scorekeepers validate the numbers...we CELEBRATE by calling up winners one-by-one to receive their trophies. Our 20th Anniversary event will be a special one as we recognize our legacy.
